Porches that knock
the heating bill back.

Add a proper porch to the front and the heating bill thanks you. Brick, timber or full uPVC. Composite door, glazing, tiled or warm-roof finish, all delivered from one trade.

The job, properly
broken down.

Brick & Block Build

Foundations dug, brickwork raised to course, lintels in, roof on. A traditional brick porch that ties into the existing brick or sandstone elevation.

uPVC Lean-To

Faster and cheaper than brick. uPVC frames, glazed walls, polycarbonate or tiled roof. Common on bungalows and ex-council semis.

Tiled & Warm Roofs

Slate, concrete tile or warm-roof systems. Insulated to current building regs so the porch genuinely buffers the cold rather than just adding it.

Composite Door Included

Every porch we build comes with the matching composite front door fitted, locked and keyed. One job, one trade, one trip.

Common questions.

Do I need planning permission for a porch?
Most porches under 3m² and below 3m high are permitted development. Listed buildings, conservation areas, and porches on the front of flats need full planning. We flag this before quoting.
How long does a porch build take?
A uPVC lean-to is usually three to five days. A full brick-built porch with tiled roof is two to three weeks depending on size and weather.
Will my front door still work the same?
Better. The porch becomes the weather barrier so your inner door can be a lighter internal style if you want. Most clients keep the new composite as the outer door for security.
Can you tie the porch into existing brickwork?
Yes. We match brick courses where possible, or contrast deliberately if the original elevation is irregular. Pointing colour matched on the survey.
